A Wellbeing Workshop and Integrative therapy session for boosting Vitality. Immerse yourself in gentle yet powerful moving meditation, mindfulness practices with the added benefit of acupuncture (on local areas such as face/ lower leg and arm with up to 3 small points) while you relax to guided healing meditation for empowerment.
Hosted in collaboration with Dr Julia Bartrop at Rebalance Chinese from 4pm to 5.15pm on Sundays at GKR Karate Studios, South Morang. Each session is split between Gentle Qigong movement practice, breathwork, followed by relaxation and guided meditation with blankets and gentle lightening while Dr Julia places small points for your energy. Postpartum Empowerment Workshops
A creative exploration of healing tools that empower you during this magical transition in life. Make your postpartum journey the best you can ever have because nourishing yourself is also nourishing your Newborn. This interactive workshop is for expectant mothers and couples, as well as mothers who are further into their postpartum journey. All beautiful mothers receive a goody bag including a booklet containing key points, supportive tips and take aways and creative inspiration! This workshop also includes tips and tools for Partners.
